Notes

Took a quick bathroom break and then went straight into this fartlek. Did it on the track just so I would have water regularly available for me. Glad I did that, it worked out well. Started w 5 laps up (2 down), then 3up (2 down), 2up (2 down) and finally 4up. Nothing too spectacular but a solid workout on a hot day with tired legs.
