Notes

Legs were still super tired from Monday. We headed out to McDowell. After one loop I contemplated heading straight back to school so I don't "bury" myself but decided against it. The next 15-20 minutes felt great but once we finished the next loop I think Brian and Matt brought the pace down just a little bit more (we weren't flying by any means) and my legs didn't want to go. I didn't die, I just couldn't keep up anymore. Kind of frustrating, but oh well. The past 3 weeks of training have stunk. Sometimes stretches like this are the welcome mat for a nice breakthrough though, so I guess I just need to keep on persevering. Tomorrow will be nice and easy and hopefully I'll feel ready for a long run on Saturday.
