Notes
Jane and I had to take separate cars to church yesterday. I left mine there so I could go pick it up today. Enjoyed the warm weather but had to deal with the 20mph winds the entire time because the run is essentially straight south. I was a little achy from Saturday's run and felt a tad flat but overall not too bad. Still decided to keep it easy but honest so that tomorrow I can get a longer or harder run in.
