Notes
I didn't have much time to get this run in so I just ran down the the park by the high school, did some strides and ran back. That's probably a good way to recover from yesterday's race. If I feel really good tomorrow I'll go a bit longer but I'll probably keep the emphasis on recovery tomorrow and then go longer on Tuesday. I will also probably meet up with the Thursday morning group this week. Although I didn't continue my mileage buildup over this past week, I'd like to make another jump this week. I think my consecutive days streak will pass the one month marker for me this week too.
