Messed up my watch, so I'm not exactly sure about splits. First one was 2:46, but the next two were definitely faster. Treadmill between 10.6 and 11mph for these. Didn't want to go toooo hard for my first workout like this in a while...but didn't want to go to soft. Definitely a good dip into the anaerobic. Had to unload the Van Halen "Right Now" for the last interval.

About 1 min (slightly longer) for rest in between intervals.
