Notes
Paul, Bos and Andy met at my apartment at 6am. Relatively nice morning (although it warmed up quite a bit throughout the run). Andy was just doing an hour so we did an hour loop that headed out on the prairie path and came back past Glenbard West HS. Dropped Andy off and added on a Lincoln Marsh loop before sending Bos back b/c he was doing 90. Paul and I then headed up to Northside Park and Wheaton North HS before heading back. Pace was pretty relaxed the whole time. Probably about 720s for the first 30min. Got down to low 7s at the end of the first hour and then picked it up to just below 7 for the second half. Overall it didn't feel too bad but I was definitely dehydrated by the end. It was great to have guys to run with though. A lot of fun conversation. It's amazing how many different movies have been filmed by Lake Ellyn.
