Really solid tempo on the treadmill. You can never really trust the pace on treadmills for accurate feedback but you still can't deny that this was a solid workout. Started out at a decent pace (6:20) and waited until about 3 miles before I really started to tempo. Brought it down to 5:50 for a mile before holding 5:45 from 4miles through 7.5. After that I took it back down to 6:0x for about a half mile so I could spend some time at sub 5:30 pace over the last 3 miles. So I did about 3/4ths of a mile at 5:27 before bringing in back down for a half mile. After that I did another 3/4ths mile starting at 5:27 pace and ending up at 5:19. Cooled down a half mile at 6 flat pace.
