Notes

As I started this run I wasn't totally sure what I wanted to do. I knew had, at most, 90 minutes. I hit the 5 mile marker along the IPP and, without even thinking about it, clicked my watch. Once I did that I figured that I might as well as pick it up. Over the course of the next mile I formulated my workout; 1 mile up, 1 down, 2 up, 2 down, 3 up, cool down. The downs were all about 7 min pace and the one before the 3 mile was actually a little long (hence 9.25 for my total) because there was no mile marker.

5:59 (felt super smooth)

11:58 (still felt smooth, even though the path for a lot of it was getting super sloppy)

18:47 (Really tightened up the second half of this one. Not sure why exactly. 6min pace felt comfortable earlier on.)
