Legs felt a lot better than last week. 7 miles over a 3 day period will usually do that for ya. Built into a solid but controlled tempo pace. Stopped at the Danada bathrooms (We got to try both on the new pizzas that are going to be on the new menu roll outs for June. One is a "Meat Cravers" with pepperoni, crumbled sausage, Canadian bacon, ham, and salami on it along with a cheeseburger pizza...needless to say, they're a bit greasy). After I took care of business there I built back into a solid pace, looped around the Danada horse track and then took the shorter way back to Herrick. This was a very encouraging run after the frustration with last weeks training.
