Easy run in the evening from church back to my house. I had to get studying done in the afternoon and Jane wanted to go on a bike ride. So I stayed in my office and studied. She went for a bike ride but then met me back at church at 5 with running clothes for me so I could run back to my house while she rode her bike. Not much of a run but better than nothing.
