Notes

I was going into this workout really open minded about what I'd do. Didn't want to over do it but I wanted to get introduced to faster running. Fell off of Enright and Crumrine on the 5th one. The first few intervals felt easy. But then I fell off as they started picking it up. I'll chalk that up to this being my first week back. Over the next week or so I'll hopefully start feeling back in it quickly. Overall, not much of a workout but I'm staying positive. Things were gained from today that I can build on.
