Chilly north wind but not a bad day. Path was mostly clear but there were a number of really slick stretches too. It was either totally clear or SUPER slick. No crunchy in between.
Decent medium run. Didn't tempo or anything like that, just got in a solid hour. My body needs these slightly-out-of-comfort-zone-for-an-hour runs.
