Notes
Nice building lunch time run. Didn't feel too bad from yesterday. Did about 3.5mi and then went right into an 800 on the track via 4x150 w 50m jog (2:41 total time). Jogged home afterward. Not sure what any day between now and Thanksgiving looks like. Probably wont have time to run tomorrow (I take Jane to the airport first thing in the morning and then work from 11 to 11). On Sunday I plan on leaving for Kansas immediately after church. I'll be done there through Wednesday. Running in Leavenworth is always shaky. Oh well. Just need to tell myself: something is always better than nothing.
