Roads were crap so I headed over to NCC and hopped on a treadmill in the weight room. I'll probably do the same thing tomorrow. Does it feel a little weird/shameful to pretend I'm a student and that it's totally okay for me to be using the weight room whenever I want? Yes. Is that a fair price to pay so that I can enjoy a steady run wearing shorts and a t-shirt while watching sportscenter instead of slipping around in the snow while bundled up in a bunch of layers? double yes. A membership at Lifetime is "only" 40 bucks a month right now.
