Easy but sluggish and tight morning run. Coldest morning since last March! I actually enjoy the mid to upper 20s though.

Bottom line: This was an enjoyable run but my legs are feeling really tight and sluggish right now. Probably a combo of a few factors.

1) We're moving this weekend. Everyday I've been taking multiple trips up and down from our apartment to load up and car load and take stuff over in order to make Saturday easier.

2) Bad nutrition and hydration. For a few different reasons I've had a less than stellar diet and not enough water this week.

3) Motivation/Weather. The weather was terrible earlier this week. Combine that with the inevitable let down that comes after a goal race. That let down was tempered by being back in the 'burbs last week but is now starting to hit. Especially on cold and crazy windy days. Motivation ebbs and flows. Not worried. In a week or two I'll be back into some sort of rhythm. Hoping to hit up a hard treadmill 5k before Xmas.
