Really solid run with Andy. He ran from his house to my place. From there we headed out to Lincoln Marsh and then took the prairie path up to Geneva. Took some neighborhoods back towards Wheaton North HS, cut through the athletic fields and then I dropped Andy off at Northside Park. We had a really solid pace going for most of the run. It was conversational but hard enough that you could only get a few words out at a time. Probably around or just under 6:30 pace for the heart of it. Backed it off the last mile or so from the park to my apartment. Really happy w how the last 3 days have gone. My legs finally feel like they're getting back into it.
