Great long run. Started from my house, headed down the prairie path and then over the Herrick Lake. Ran through HL and into Danada, looped around the horse race track and then headed back. Started out really easy and built through the entire run. Felt great from about 1:20 through 1:45. The last 15 minutes, like any long run, were a bear.
