Not a great workout, but at least it was something. One thing I need to guard myself from doing these last few weeks is using every workout as a measuring rod. Just get the workouts in. Some will be great. Most wont. Don't try and predict my time based on each workout. Today I did 2 miles hard, one slower, 2 hard, 1 slower, 2 hard, 1 slower and then one more hard one. They were all about 1/2 marathon pace which felt pretty good. Did an out and back loop so the wind was a lot more in my face on the way back.
