I had a bad attitude about this run from the moment the alarm went off...both times. Managed to get out of bed (Thanks John's essay!!!!) and get my butt over to NCC. Kinda knew I'd be on my own. I headed down the riverwalk and then did random loops around neighborhoods for a while. It was quite cold at first so my attitude and my pace stunk. Eventually got going a bit better and had a nice last 20-25 minutes but for the most part my attitude during this run was embarrassingly bad.
