Beautiful day. Legs still felt sluggish from Saturday though. Built into a decent pace after a few miles and even threw in a few pick ups but nothing too crazy. I'll probably do something with a little more intensity tomorrow. It was only 66 degrees out but it felt like 86 compared to what we've been having. Felt embarrassingly dehydrated the last part of the run and found myself licking my lips a lot. That's not a complaint though. I'm a huge fan of having to get acclimated to warmer weather.
