Notes

Nice fartlek workout. Hoping to head into spring with more of these under my belt. Started off pretty conservative - 10mph to start off the first one and bumped it up after a quarter mile. Went down to just under 7min pace for recovery and then would start the next interval at whatever pace I had built to on the last one.
