Notes
Easy run through Blackwell. A lot like yesterday's run - very slow start but built to a nice pace. Enjoyed some refreshing morning showers and very cool clouds. Everything is very green in Blackwell now. Really enjoyed spending an hour at that FP.
Left calf felt a little "crampy" today. Almost like I had a charlie horse that never totally wore off. I'll keep my eye on that. It felt notably tight at work yesterday. Not totally sure what's going on. Nothing too painful but definitely worth listening to.
