Good but not great workout. I was worried that this workout was going to be really bad seeing as how pathetic the last few weeks have been. It actually ended up being okay. That's encouraging. I can build on this.
Basics for the workout:
2mi warm up
2mi pick up around 5:55 pace
.75 down (6:45ish)
.75 up (5:45ish)
.5 down (6:45ish)
1mi up (5:40ish)
These are the sorts of workouts I hope to get in a lot on Mondays this winter. I'll add distance and increase the pace as the winter goes on.
