Notes

After two mediocre days in a row, I was set on getting something solid in today. The pace never really hit tempo run pace but by 3 miles or so I was rolling along nicely. The last ten minutes slowed up a bit because I had to use the bathroom...but that's okay. Basic route was the Four Lakes route with some extras thrown in at the beginning and end.
