Started out at Herrick, did a loop around the lake and then headed out onto the path and into McDowell. Went all the way to the dam and then took the woods path back. Hard to tell exactly how long this was because a lot of the woods paths don't really show up on the satellite. Definitely had a solid pace going and was hurting by the end. This type of run is my bread and butter - not quite tempo, not quite long run.
