Got exactly what I wanted out of today. Felt ready to go after the warm-up. Dressed like I was racing. Was able to practice getting into my own rhythm at the start even though others were around me. Stayed relaxed but quick the whole time. Felt "cleaned out" at the end. Splits 5:56, 5:49, (14:30 at the halfway point) 5:41 , 5:48, 5:31 (14:18 second loop). 28:48 total time.
