Notes

This was first run of 20 minutes straight. It was tough. Mostly tough mental though. At 10 minutes wanted to stop and walk. Kept going. I feel pumped that I did it.

I had done a bunch of squats earlier in the day. I felt it as I started my run.

Lower leg muscles tight.

Did a lot of stretching.
