first day running with new shoes. Also first day back since plantar fasciitis. Took it easy. stretched the calf well. when run over. iced for 10 minutes. wearing shows all day. heel feels okay.

Need to stop by running a store and get inserts/support?

w5d1. Was releived that after being sick and injured for a week that I have not lost any conditioning. The run felt great. I used my new tights and technical shirt(short sleave) long sleeve cotton shirt over that and fleece. I was to hot. I think I will leave the fleece at home or try wearing a vest instead of long sleeve fleece.
