8:20 hours sleep
slept pretty badly. good race though! id say i gave it 98% effort which i am a little regretful but happy with. just because of lack of confidence. there was a strong wind, had a vary hard workout wednesday, got boxed in, and had a bad start (lost balance). think the time was good given all of those factors. feeling sick all morning but then the race was unaffected by it, maybe; was calm and not in my head, and didnt hit a wall ever, felt super strong coming around the final turn. think i could have continued to PR in the 1k, was not very tired afterwards
