8:00 hours sleep
felt a little breathless but better than yesterday. felt like 7:10 pace tho. havent been hydrating well this week. no achilles pain but feels sensitive to overextension. still working on it
a heavier feeling in the legs thus far this week but not by much. is only a small mileage increase, gonna stick with 75 and next week will def be better
