8:00 hours sleep
very happy with today. theres a lot of things i need to fix outside the track, like my breathing... and there was a fair wind. but i controlled the controllables, and that's all I care about. today was a fun, and i really did push all the way through the line and had good tactics. i caught up to people in the third lap and followed the leader and i didnt let any gaps form that I could prevent, which i think is the most important. stayed out of my head. first race ive won since 2005!
that was close to PR, so i know i can do better. let's start with 4:00. things just need to line up
