body temperature 101.8 this afternoon, canceled long run, stomach not taking well to food or water first 2/3 of the day. drinking more and eating after 40 min walk & shower at 8pm. not feeling too bad actually, but symptoms include coughing, sneezing, post nasal drip, and sleepiness. left hamstring & right quad cramped from dehydration when i static stretched them. guess yesterdays fatigue made sense
