this run was fueled by pure hate, shitty week/day at work. ET effort a little on the relaxed side, wouldve easily done 40 minutes based on feel but had to cut short for a BR visit. good stuff, adductor recovering very quickly
need to get to the doc to figure out this sudden stomach plaguing / swollen lymph nodes. and get to the chiro to fix the ankle pain thats been lingering since natties... lots of calf rases, single leg balancing, and arch activation seem to be helping a little, still cant directly target the problem muscle/ligament/whatever it is
