15 x 30s hard w/ 30s recovery
easy midweek workout before track reps on saturday with Jake W. todays hillsprints felt much better than last weeks. was raining this morning, so a good night run to turn a sullen day better
considering bumping up to 75 starting in January through May, before bumping up to 80 next summer. would be very small increase but feel like 70 is a tiny bit too low since its been my mileage since senior year high school and did 80 sophmore year college. will probably depend on how BU meets go
