ibuprofen seems to help massively since left hip flexor was way less painful. I do think the meds prevent pain enough for me to not compensate for pain with my form, but that makes me more uncoordinated... might also be from the dry needling though. skipped strides cause going faster felt iffy but Im just glad I was able to do this and enjoy it even
