fucking flew on this run, like 6:20 pace the last half after starting moderate. opposite hip flexor was tight for a few mimutes but loosened up, bad hip was totally fine. groin and actual hips/IT bands feel sore from being awakened from tuesday's PT after sleeping for a month

still deciding what I feel like Im training for currently, pretty sure its Penn and Swarthmore. TBD
