awesome course, felt awesome after the big hill at mile 2. we all had beet juice 2.5 hours before but it was way too cold to know if it had any effect. not actually faster than 15k PR but whatever, getting back into fast racing now. 200s was definitely the good call on tuesday, felt fresh and hopefully this was enough of a workout for the week. crazy to have been in the same race as King Ches (and GOC)
