nice one. only some tightness for the first 5 minutes or so, and another bit of tightness at 55 minutes but just briefly...wasnt ongoing throughout the run like saturday or incapacitating like sunday. probably not the best idea, but decided to do strides too but they also turned out to be painless. stretched them out briefly before the strides. also rolled plantar fascia a lot the night before too, and did big toe tendon stretches plus calf and quad stuff
