8:00 hours sleep

conditions: empty stomach, extremely windy, alone. felt pretty normal, workout wasnt too easy or too hard. zach joined for the second half and the 400's got a little quicker. stride feels really good, wind was very strong but didnt have much of an effect, I felt good enough to push through it and maintain times. legs and lungs were on the same page today and tired at an equal rate

kinda want to jump straight to the feeling of full fitness, doing best to be patient and work with what shape i'm in now: probably being a little pessimistic right now too since Im not considering how windy it was based on how I felt. feeling good about how this season is starting

getting nervous about racing already. though thats probably a good thing

going to begin lift on tuesday after exams are over
