decided first to do an easy run covering every street in my immediate neighborhood to see what the distance would come out to be, found out 2/3 through that I would need more time than I had... so I turned today into the long run so I could finish the entire 'hood. the distance in question came out to 12 miles, I thought it would be 6 or 7.
watch had me at 13.35 miles and 7:05 pace, runningahead put me at 14.25 miles and 6:40 pace for the same route... just took 14 miles and left it there, 6:50 pace is possible maybe. looked at the easy run on the planner sheet before what turned into the long run, so I didn't see that it was supposed to be 105, dammit. can do extra tomorrow maybe
tough for the ol' ego to see so many new people pushing me down the mileage leaderboard. none of them were there this summer though!
