8 hours sleep

felt surprisingly good™, my body alone seems to be coping really well this week and I have not been truly tired despite all the 'minimal' sleep, even if my *muscles* are sore AF. today was no biggie, gonna do 45-50 this evening if possible / necessary for the mileage quota. sleep was not great quality last night but didnt really matter cause we chilled today
