8 hours sleep
woke up at 6:30 this time. not the greatest progression run, still felt "weak" like yesterday... I have all the energy in the world to exert myself in the morning now but it takes a lot more effort at the same time to put down a good pace; hills are the worst. I suppose its better getting more strain from the morning with a slower pace than possibly less training with a better pace at night
