felt pretty damn great unexpectedly, made it easy to hold pace all the way to the finish. happy with this for my current returning fitness. stuck to third place pretty much all the way after we lost the tryhards at the first 800m. big foamroll last night helped a lot, post tib was still very bad, big surprise. noticed I was starting to settle in the last 400m which mightve saved 5 seconds overall, to be honest I was looking for the 3 mile mark which wasnt posted. no biggie
