hips, quads, and hamstrings so tight in a few spots, 100 minutes wasnt gonna happen. usually I can push through but not this time. left hip flexor area was awkward / limping for the first 25 minutes then mostly subsided, right hip was fine. been wearing the new lunaracers a lot lately just to give my legs as much support as possible. considering trying taking tomorrow off but probably rolling a lot and dublin later today
