slow with Jake W after like 3500/5500 calories at CiCi's Pizza for me and him respectively. glute still tight but much less restrictive than this morning after rolling; almost positive its glute minimus. doing high mileage day before a race just to gain back what will be missed tomorrow from no LR. not super worried about running time for tomorrows race, and no LR will bode better for a PR attempt at Valentine
