hit Boston with Julia again, left hip needed 1-2 minutes to warm up then was totally fine for the rest of the run. general hips/pelvis feels out of alignment, or maybe its now truly aligned and just feels unfamiliar. gradually picked it up throughout the whole run and was doing 6:00 pace by the end. started out totally dehydrated so not sure how this felt so great
