some quality shit! we were all bitching about this workout sounding impossible to finish on paper, and it was pretty damn hard but I ended up feeling really good and managed to do all 4 reps albeit at a slightly slower pace. probably coulda done 3 at actual mile pace, but wanted a little more distance and to keep my form in control so toned it down a little. ended up alone for the most part since most people did this at actual mile pace, though would never have been able to do this solo on an empty track. good thing cish_x didnt hog lane 1 on his debut appearance otherwise there wouldve been a problem
