took 2.5 hours to fall asleep. very well hydrated. the part of my brain that does simple math wasn't working this morning so I accidentally did 7 reps, and the last one was 4 minutes by mistake. overall way easier than I think it shoulda felt, but all felt on pace (estimate)
200m strides tomorrow. knees were not happy at all after this for some reason
