8:45 hours sleep. 10 minute foamroll prior, empty stomach

another continuous distance PR, started ~7:10 pace and after going up the steep hill into lake placid jake/coach started pushin varying 5:50-6:15 pace for 40 minutes on the flat lake loop. split off with coach & brian and struggled up the hill at the end, really feeling it up the 2 main slopes on the return leg but recovered enough to cruise it in at the same pace. unbelievable run
