oh man. was only gonna do 5-7 today lol. shouldntve done the 30 minute pre-LR turf addon with the marathoners. made it to 10mi way out on Menemsha and was more worthwhile finishing the loop at that point. good thing my insole seems to be pretty figured out I hope, foot feels mostly fine afterwards. just couldnt resist rollin with the #squadgoals. had a little difficulty keeping up at the end doing 6:30 pace up Rt.2. felt like pretty low bloodsugar or something but felt great otherwise, thanks 9pm pizza from the night before
